Joe Santos

Joe Santos

Joe Santos is the Store Manager of Koopman Lumber’s Dennis location and has played an important role in establishing the store since joining the company in December 2022. Before coming to Koopman, Joe built a strong leadership background through Lowe’s, Fairview Millwork in Yarmouth, and a district management role overseeing three stores.

His expertise includes windows, doors, decking, and building materials, and he especially enjoys helping customers with all aspects of building a home. Joe is proud of the knowledgeable Dennis team, where many employees come from lumber yard backgrounds and bring hands-on experience across sales, order pulling, and delivery.

He describes his approach as helpful and knowledgeable, with a focus on making complex projects feel manageable for customers. Joe enjoys working with local contractors and neighbors across Cape Cod and values Koopman’s family-owned culture, strong leadership, and long-term vision for the future.
