Founded in 1854 by brothers Noah and Spencer Mathews, the company began as a sash and millwork shop and quickly evolved into a cornerstone of American window manufacturing. After surviving the Great Fire of Belfast in 1873 and reopening just 70 days later, Mathews Brothers solidified its place as a symbol of resilience, craftsmanship, and family-driven excellence, a legacy that continues to this day.
