Mike Wagner is the Store Manager of Koopman Lumber’s Grafton location and has worked in the lumber and home improvement industry since he was 17 years old. He got his start at Wicke’s Lumber in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles including Department Manager, Assistant Manager, and District Manager.

He also brings experience from the retail outdoor industry through his time with Cabela’s. Mike’s core expertise includes lumber, building materials, millwork, windows and doors, and seasonal and garden products. He enjoys helping customers with grilling projects and takes the most pride in teaching, training, and developing individuals into leaders.

Mike believes in a direct, helpful approach to customer service focused on understanding what a customer needs and helping them complete the job. He values the sense of teamwork at Grafton and enjoys representing Koopman in a positive way throughout the community.
