The Experience
Let’s be clear; the toughest part about using this grill is running out of food! FIREDISC has made an incredibly intuitive grill that quickly sets up and tears down in under 5 minutes. There are three main pieces, including the expansive cooking surface and can support a 1lb or a 20lb tank. In fact, this is the largest grill we found that can support a 1lb tank! The portability of this grill means that you can take it anywhere, including:

Cooking is as easy as can be. Make sure you clean your grill once when you get it, and then you’re ready to fire it up. The large cooking surface makes it perfect for cooking meats, veggies, rice, beans, and can even boil a mean shrimp!
The Taste
Those of you who are living that Cast Iron life will be right at home with a FIREDISC. The cooking surface can be seasoned, just like a castiron, and washed with just water. This grill can cook a plethora of foods, including some that might not even have crossed your mind! Foods include:

Because of the way that the propane heats the cooking disc, there is very little chance that you’ll get that “propane” or gas taste when cooking your meals. The entire cooking surface is being heated from below, with no exposure to direct flames, meaning your food will come out to taste every time. There’s nothing quite like cooking in the Cowboy WOK that FIREDISC has made!
