What does True to the Trade mean?
True to the Trade (TTTT) represents Koopman Lumber’s commitment to the tradesmen and tradeswomen who are in many ways the backbone of our economy.
Koopman Lumber was founded by a builder in 1936 out of a desire to provide for his fellow builders. That foundation is born out everyday by the current Koopman family members that have carried that mindset forward into all we do.
We prefer to let our actions speak for themselves and believe in the 300 or so Koopman family members that wear the Koopman name with pride every day. But it’s important to always be clear about what we stand for.
In True to the Trade, we want to be clear that we value the tradesman. We will always treat our customers fairly and do everything we can to make them successful. We want to do everything possible to be trusted by all the contractors, builders, remodelers, and painters that we serve.
